An order is subject to product availability, successful payment/confirmation and our acceptance of the
order. We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including due to pricing errors, stock
issues, suspected fraud or incorrect order information.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable delivery charges or
other charges, if any, will be shown during checkout. Payment must be completed using the payment
methods made available at checkout.
4. Shipping
We ship across India. Orders are generally delivered within approximately 5–6 days after dispatch, subject
to the delivery location, courier service, weather, holidays, operational delays and other circumstances
beyond our reasonable control.
5. No Return, Refund or Replacement
All purchases from Pitari by Priya Khetan are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or product
replacements after an order has been placed, except where we are legally required to provide a remedy
under applicable law.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, email address and shipping
information. Delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information may not be attributable
to us.

Website content, branding, product images, text, graphics and other materials belonging to Pitari by Priya
Khetan may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
